Privacy

We use the information needed to process your order: your name, email, delivery address, phone number, order contents and payment status. Your contact details may also be used to resolve order questions.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment confirmation and order information, not your full card number. Delivery details are shared with Printify and its production and delivery partners when fulfilling your order.

The website is hosted on Vercel and order records are stored using Neon. These providers and fulfilment partners may process information outside New Zealand. We retain order records as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal obligations.

Your browser stores your cart locally so it can remain available between visits. Clearing your browser’s site data removes that local cart.

If enabled on this site, optional Google Analytics runs only after you choose to allow it. It measures page visits and shopping actions such as viewing products, adding to your bag and completing checkout. We send product details and an opaque order identifier, not your name, email, delivery address, payment details or checkout-session link. Analytics cookies and technical device information may be processed by Google outside New Zealand. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can decline without affecting your order.

If you choose to join our mailing list, we store your email address and a record of your signup and confirmation. You must confirm by email before joining. Order customers are not automatically subscribed. We use Resend to deliver order and signup emails; it may process data outside New Zealand. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We retain consent and unsubscribe records to honour your preferences. To protect signup from abuse, we temporarily store hashed network identifiers, not raw IP addresses.
